About the event
Come to our special Beginner Adult Karate workshop on Saturday, March 3rd, at 12:30pm! Ages 16- older.
You will learn realistic self defense skills and get a great workout with some great people! You won't be pushed too far and you won't get hurt, we are like family here and treat each other with respect .
